I had a minor leak off a header system from an originally hired shady plumber. Mondo sent out Seth first thing in the morning to take a look and get it fixed up! Seth was super friendly, explained what he saw and how he fixed it up for me! Yet another great experience with the Mondo techs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Larry came by my place to fix some toilets not flushing properly. He quickly fixed the toilets and then also fixed my bath tub faucet. He worked quick, did top notch work, and also wore a mask which I appreciated. I will definitely call Mondo next time I need a plumber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mondo came to my rescue in Dec 2021 just before Christmas as Edmonton was under an extreme cold warning. My mom left Friday morning on a well deserved trip and I was house sitting for her. I came by her house that evening and what I found was that it was very cold - just +10 degrees. I contacted Mondo and they came out in a timely matter and was able to repair the furnace in a timely matter. They also told me what to do to help keep myself and the house warm until they got there. I am satisfy and would recommend Mondo to anyone I know.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, from the first phone call Matt answered the call right away, provided me with information on the water tank, size, code requirements and price. They had the product in stock and it was replaced the same day. Your employee Josh was polite, clean and courteous to everyone. Candace went out of her way to deliver the hot water tank and processed the payment with ease. I would highly recommend Mondo for all plumbing, heating and AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our old hot water tank was corroded and leaking and needed to be replaced. I phoned Mondo Mechanical at 8:30 on a Saturday morning (on a holiday weekend) and one of their techs, Seth, was at my door by 11:30. He had the old tank removed and the new one installed within just a few hours. Seth was professional, polite, and left the work area spotless. He even brought in a shop vac to clean up the water that had spilled from the old, leaking tank. The owner of the company, Matt, responded quickly to all my inquiries, via phone and text. Great customer service all around. I’m extremely impressed. Will definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my A/C installed. Matt the owner was the first company to get back to me for estimates he also had the best explanation for what I needed and didn’t need. Not to mention, he answered all my silly questions and made it very easy to choose his company.
When it came time to install Vince and Logan were the dream team! They were incredibly fast, super professional, and very informative. Vince has been doing this for over 20 yrs and you can tell! I’m very happy that I went with Mondo. I would easily recommend them to any friend or family member.
