They gave me an estimate for one day with overtime. 3 days later they dropped the work an demanded more money. Eventually I had no choice but to pay more. Quality of work was terrible, cabinets and countertop not aligned and leveled. When I started with negative reactions on FB, the owner called me and threatened me. By the way, the other 5 star reviews came from owner's friends and these reviews are fake. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Nick is amazing; he walked us through each and every step, fixed many errors from the previous job that was done, and got this project completed quickly!

Basement was finished on the estimated time with a very good quality and also was able to help me with some other extra things I asked from him. Cost was very reasonable too. I would be glad continue working with him in the future.

He was very clear and transparent with the potential risks in the schedule, scope and cost. At the end of project the cost overrun was well within 3%. This was mainly driven by scope creep that I wanted to make. If it wasn't for the delays by the city inspections, the project would have been completed on time. Again, this risk was already identified in the beginning. Nick's workmanship and attention to detail was very good. His electrical and mud guy were also a pleasure to work with. Overall Nick and his Subs always ensured that the worksite was clean and safe the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Nick to my family and friends. I would also be sure to reach out to Nick again for my other projects.
