Every time we go to install our counter tops the cabinets are always done perfectly so that we have no issues with completing our job. Ken is great to work with and keeps an open line of communication with customers and other trades in regards to the progress of each job, so that everyone can schedule accordingly. We have first hand experience form working on projects with MOD kitchen as well as having MOD kitchens supply cabinets for our own personal needs. If there is ever an issue they are always ready to problem solve and come up with a solution even if it is out of their scope of work. They are professional, on time, and very easy to work with. If you are looking for high quality cabinets done by professionals then we highly recommend MOD kitchens.

Although we started with a less than ideal layout of the existing kitchen, the design team at MOD was able to provide us with three different but excellent options depending on our desire to make some significant layout changes or not. The designs were practical, beautiful and most importantly met the vision of what we wanted to accomplish. For the ordering and installation, everything followed the expectations that they set out for us, we were very happy with the end result. We are very happy with the entire process and team at MOD Kitchens from sales, design and installation and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

It's too bad that they must not of had any interest in our project, because after an initial consultation that went well and seemed very hopeful, the designer dropped me. She emailed me at 6 am the day of my second appointment and said that she was too busy to work with me for a few weeks. I was disappointed and indicated that in my response. She never contacted me again after that even after I called and left a message for her with another designer. Our project was delayed because of her inaction, so I WOULD NOT recommend.

We completed a lot of the electrical and plumbing ourselves and they were not pushy to make us use them to complete the work. In fact, they assisted us with placement and general questions. They were respectful and clean while they were within our home. With changes and deficiencies they were quick to action. Highly recommend the Mod Kitchens team!

Covid put so many things behind and with customers at an all time high MOD continually put us first and moved things around so that we had results ASAP. We had a baby on the way and our kitchen was completely disassembled, they saw and heard our concern for urgency and delivered! Sheila was our designer and made the flow of our kitchen function so well. There is plenty of storage which is something we wanted, especially having knocked down two walls and lost that cupboard space. Her ideas came to life and did not disappoint! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We approached Mod as a result of a recommendation from a neighbor who had a really good experience with Mod. They helped us with the design process, giving us good advice on selection of counters, cabinets, etc. We ended up coming up with a layout that involved the removal of a wall that separated our dining room from our old kitchen. Old pic included. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. It is significantly more functional, spatious, and looks absolutely stunning. Mod was able to complete the project on time and stay within budget. We have very high standards for what we found acceptable and the very few times we identified concerns with any aspect of the renovation, Mod stepped up and took care of the issue. Clearly a company with great experience in renovations and they absolutely care about ensuring that their customers are satisfied with the end product. Would highly recommend and will use them for future major renovations.
