There are five minutes I just bought me a sweater and on reflection I decided to go get a refund. I arrived at the counter and asked the cashier for a refund. She replied that the store does not refund and it's written on the invoice that I had after I bought my sweater. I explain that the return policy is not posted anywhere and did not inform me about it before I made my transaction with its cash. She said that by law they can only write on the invoice and thus leave their customers discover this manière.Donc their sales technique is this: when you buy a product you're stuck with. Il y a cinq minutes je vient de m'acheter un chandail et après réflexion je décide d'aller me faire rembourser. J'arrive au comptoir et demande à la caissière un remboursement. Elle me répond que le magasin ne fait pas de remboursement et que c'est écrit sur la facture que j'ai eu après avoir acheté mon chandail. Je lui explique que la politique de retour n'est affiché nulle part et qu'elle ne m'avait pas informé à ce sujet avant que je fasse ma transaction à sa caisse. Elle me dit que selon la loi ils peuvent seulement l'écrire sur la facture et de ce fait laisser leur client le découvrir de cette manière.Donc, leur technique de vente est la suivante: dès que tu achètes un produit tu es pris avec. La seule chose qu'il t'es possible de faire est d'avoir un échange dans le magasin. Après que tu t'es fait avoir de même il est certain que tu as envie de faire encore confiance à ce magasin en y achetant un autre produit. Donc si un magasin qui est rendu à utiliser une telle technique de vente imagine le reste ... pas très reluisant. Dans le fond, que pouvons-nous attendre de ce magasin qui traite ses clients de cette façon (caché une information jusqu'à ce que la personne pris avec son achat)? Seriez-vous prêt à faire confiance à un magasin qui est en quelque sorte retors dans ses agissements ? Pour terminer, mon commentaire général de ce magasin est que je ne le conseille pas à personne puisque, pour ma part, un bon magasin est celui qui est transparent envers sa clientèle et honnête ce que Le Monde du Dollard apparaît ne pas être selon l'expérience que j'ai vécu aujourd'hui en espérant éviter à d'autres ce type de déconvenue.

Do not buy any phone charging cords from this shop , they sell Faulty cords when you request for a refund the shop owner is very RUDE Told me to go to HELL
