First they put a security guard, so rude, he took my phone away from me because I filmed him for harassing me and kicked me off the place and when I complained they still let me out for backing up a terrible, rude, violent and insulting individual, as I showed him that day there was lots of cash in my pocket, no need to be followed in such an insulting way, all I said before I got assaulted & the owner protected his employee and not his clients.
The way I see it this people don't care about Canadian business, they do what they want, I has to make a formal complaint to the mall who told me they already had 3 complains that week from him, lol. Rest my case, lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! I found what I needed it iwas at the last step that you lost your stars. The young lady was impolite. She didn't listen when I asked for a bag. She didn't put the merchandise in the bag. She didn't tell me how much I had to pay. And to top it she didn't say bye and thank you. I'm NOT returning to that Dollorama!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dollarama started in Quebec, so I was curious to see if there would be any differences, but they are all the same. This one is inside the basement floor of a shopping mall, but it is still quite busy. The cashier service is brisk though, and I was able to make my purchase very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grabbed a candle on shelf marked 2$ was 4$....ok my bad....but was advertised as 2$ so own up...instead the cashier took off his mask to give me lip for dramtic effect. Like dude follow consumer laws. I picked it up cause it was advertised as 2$ but 4$ at cash....ok my bad but your fault zbd saying it was a sticker mistake. Exactly! Error. So really i should get free but agreed to marked price. But your spanish cashier guy in his 50s dropping his mask to talk like a bandito from a western film and laughig at me....i just wanted a candle...get some class and professionalism . I dont sink to thuggery and small mind. Your a business, act like one
