I originally brought my EPSON Workforce 610 model printer (over 10yrs old!) in for service at an EPSON.ca recommendation due to a " ink pad end of service life" message on the printer itself. As it were, there were also MANY missing segments on the nozzle check for the BLACK and CYAN colors, but Pierre assured me he would do his best to clear it up as part of the minimum $60 charge to address the ink pad message. He makes sure all is well before giving any printer back to any of his clients, and always advises beforehand if any other work/associated charges is/are necessary. Suffice to say, not only did he get ALL of the BLACK clear, but 99% of the CYAN unblocked as well compared to less than 40% BLK and 10% CYAN when I brought it in! Pierre is one who goes the extra mile and can be counted on to give *exceptional* service as well as sound advice in choosing to either pursue a repair or just buy a new printer. I sincerely appreciate this, as I'm not one to simply throw away something just because it isn't working/needs an expert like him to have a look ?? He is well deserving of any business coming his way, and I *HIGHLY* recommend giving him a chance at giving your printer a look because you won't regret it! Thank you, Pierre! I will be coming back to you for any other printer related services in the future, and will refer any friends/family in need as well with the utmost of confidence ??

Great place. Repaired our Epson ColourSure for around 200$, part included. Receptionist was very helpful, the deposit was reasonable and the service was finished before the estimated delivery date. Place is easily accessible by car and always has parking available at the door. Will 100% go back if I run into printer issues again.

► Why I am Writing This Review I rarely go out of my way to write a customer review. However, the outstanding service I have encountered with PG-Tech and its owner, Pierre Gaulin, has obliged me rightfully to make my positive experience public to benefit other customers. ► This Was A Fortunate Discovery! I am a heavy user of printers and electronic devices. Discovering Pierre was a very fortunate event for me. I was always in need and in search of an enterprise like PG-Tech. Just as every car owner needs a good mechanic and a good garage to service their car, every household needs an expert technician and a trustworthy repair clinic to service their devices! ► A Trusted Authorized Service Center I found myself dealing with Pierre by luck. I am an owner of a high-quality colour laser printer. When some particular problems surfaced, Canon’s Tech Support team referred me to PG-Tech, their trusted authorized Center in Montreal. ► Attitude, Approach & Orientation in Dealing With Customers: I had several issues with my Canon printer. Instead of being formal, abrupt, and focused mainly on profit, as most service businesses are, Pierre’s attitude was courteous, friendly and oriented to customer satisfaction & support. ► Quality and Resourcefulness of Service Not only did Pierre patiently provide me with expert consultation & guidance about my printer issues, but he also offered me innovative & resourceful solutions to save expenses. This quality of service went beyond what Canon’s Tech experts had offered. And he never claimed any charges for such valuable consultations. ► For example, instead of me having to pay a high price for replacing a defective printer component, Pierre offered me [on his own initiative] a much cheaper solution of using that component new but taken from their stock of salvaged parts. Hence, I benefited from the lower cost without compromising the quality. This conduct proved to me he is a trustworthy client’s ally rather than an opportunist. ► Expertise, Experience, and Problem-Solving skills; A business cannot provide this remarkable service unless its owner is a professional who has a customer satisfaction attitude, profound expertise & experience in their domain of work, a problem-solution skill in tackling issues. ► Accessibility, Personality, and Communication skills Having dealt extensively with many Service shop owners and Tech support personnel, I can say that it’s rare to find one with the amicable, polite and pleasant manner that Pierre has in dealing with customers. His fluent communication skills, fast accessibility by phone and email responses add to the list of PG-Tech distinguished attributes. ► Availability of Renewed Devices Offers an Economical Alternative: I have not yet tried any of their refurbished devices, but discovering the availability of that option with a trustworthy enterprise has opened a new resourceful and economical alternate venue for me that I will undoubtedly use in the future. As said earlier, I already benefited from this option by buying salvaged and new device parts. ► CONCLUSION: PG-Tech has become my trusted Garage and Pierre, my preferred Mechanic for servicing all electronic devices and obtaining expert technical consultation. Pierre was very nice and helpful, responded super fast. Unfortunately the part I needed was discontinued but I was able to find something similar on Amazon so hopefully that will work. Edit*: Prime Parts, the other Epson Parts seller got back to me. Turns out I was right the first time and these parts are not discontinued at all and are in fact available from Epson, will be ordering with them.

Friendly service, had the print head I needed in stock. Places like Bureau en gros have no clue what to do when you have issues, PG does. Thank you.
