K	Kieran Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Moncler and I’ve purchased 3 jackets in the last two years from the Thurlow store. However, every time I go back in, my experience gets continually worse. Unfortunately I had a dog jump on me and its claw ripped the fabric of one of my Moncler jackets. I took the coat in to the store to have them send it away to me fixed, which I assumed would be a basic service for a $2200 coat. I also had every intention of paying for it. However, I was promptly told that they do not touch coats with fabric tares and that I’ll have to find a tailor to do it. I found this pretty shocking. There used to be a time when buying a high end garment came with a high end experience and post purchase care and consideration. The changes in the past 10 years to Vancouver’s high end retail has eliminated any of that, and its such a shame. If you are looking to purchase Moncler in Vancouver, go to Holt Renfrew. The staff is better, the space is nicer and more open, and Holts knows how to take care of their customers
f	fuck you bitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I laid eyes on the red puffy jacket I knew I had to get it. It was the perfect size, it had a amazing colour and it was the puffiest thing I've ever felt. I know I'm only 11 years old but I already fell in love. I also love the marble floor and their organization for their stuff????❤❤??????????

J	J X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in around lunch time today to buy my wife a new jacket. I had fantastic service from Willa and was treated like royalty. I dont know why people say these guys have bad customer service, i had a fantastic experience. I was also dressed in walmart sweat pants and runners so im pretty sure they'll treat you the same no matter how you presented yourself. Kudos to the staff at Moncler!

P	Polly Esther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll never understand why stores require employees to have years of luxury retail experience, only for their staff to treat customers so poorly. I've had better customer service at a Walmart. I told a staff member what I was looking for and she gave me a look-over and told me they don't have anything that would fit me, which is rude but I'm also layered up in jackets for the cold so it's not like she could actually see my body, and I'm within the regular sizes usually offered at Moncler. I ignore the comment and tell her I'm shopping for someone else and specify the size and colour and they don't have the colour I'm looking for, and instead of her suggesting other available colours, I have to ask her to check. Of course, they don't have what I'm looking for, and instead of asking if I'd like to see any other styles or products, she sends me to Holt Renfrew to look there. If you don't want business from a specific demographic, honestly just say that instead of wasting my time. The Asian family in the store was treated excellently from what I witnessed, but maybe they don't value their Black customers in the same way.
