T	Toby Abbott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental office very very unprofessional drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to a viewing that was booked for 430 they proceeded to tell me that I don’t have a viewing booked and then I explain to them that I called two days ago and booked it they then say oh the room is open so you can just go view it by yourself then didn’t buzz me in to the building like what do you mean view it by myself like so unprofessional don’t move here place is a joke
A	Ann marie Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here for seven years. The building has gone down hill BIG TIME. They don't care about their current Tennant's. The care about the apartments that have been vacated. They work on those and do renovations so the can hike up the rent prices. I have beenn with out two kitchen drawers for TWO AND A HALF YEARS. That leaves me with two drawers, one of which the front fell off the other day. Kitchen doors don't close properly. I have peeling and bulging pain in most rooms. We have had a major issue with cockroaches. The have pained the hallways, put down new carpeting and laminate flooring in front of the elevators as well the lobby. This is all to attract new tenants. The don't care about the one's they already have. I am soon going to contact my MPP or the Rental Tribunal and for a kicker they are trying to get more of an increase in rent than what is the normal percentage per year. I would advise strongly not to move in to this hole.
M	Michael Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I seriously could give less than 1 star I would. Carpreit is perhaps the most delusional apartment properties companies in Ontario. Currently there is no water at 191 Nonquon Road, you would imagine the management giving a notice or something perhaps right? Nope! Not with Carpreit. Its been 13 HOURS WITHOUT WATER. Not to mention theres no superintendent on site either. Carpreit I hope you read this, fix your communication with your tenants, because its clear you either dont understand or are too incompetent to do so.

No one in the office ever answers calls or emails, work orders take months to complete and are not done properly when they are finally completed. Now there’s problems with bugs/cockroaches. Do your self a favour and look elsewhere for housing. Avoid Capreit like the plague. UPDATE: They have replied to my review asking for direct feedback. I sent them an email and have had no reply after 3 weeks. What a joke.
