★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had massage session with Elena Naftulyev and I find Elena very professional masseuse.
In the past I would often get migraines after the massage. Elena Naftulyev applied contrast temperature during the massage therapy, which I believe, helped to prevent the migraine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received outstanding massage therapy from Max. I did not look for relaxing massage, but relief from chronic conditions involving back, hips and shoulder pain. I have previously tried physio, laser treatment and chiropractic treatment ( not at this clinic) without much succsess.
Max has looked at the whole picture instead of just focusing on the one issue I originally came in for. Max has aligned my body using different techniques and improved my condition regarding mobility, pain and flexibility. I strongly recommend Max as I have benefitted 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to see Sonia for a few years now and have been to many chiropractors before her and she is by far the best I've been to. She always takes the time needed to assess me and makes sure when I leave that I'm feeling great. She also goes out of her way to make sure I can get an appointment around my busy schedule. I highly recommend her for a chiropractor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Elena Naftulyev, RMT. I was pleasantly surprised with her using hot stones during treatment. I had tightness in my upper back and after first treatment with her I felt like I could breathe again and all the tightness just went away. I want to say “Thank you!!!" to her for taking care and helping me. I am looking forward to another treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many massage therapists before finally finding Kirsten. She is amazing! She really listens to your needs and specializes treatment for you each time. She also has a lot of professional experience and knowledge to back her treatments. Unfortunately, it seems everyone agrees because she's very frequently fully booked. Make sure to book her well in advance!

He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to human anatomy, Chinese medicine and has the strength of a rhino at his fingertips. Daniel is a consummate professional and I highly recommend his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seeing Nurgul Barth for registered massage therapy on Sundays, and she is wonderful! Nurgul is an experienced massage therapist, and she takes the time to accurately assess and treat all my aches and pains. I always leave the appointment feeling great!
She uses a combination of different treatment techniques, and is a certified IASTM practitioner, which is especially helpful for those nagging injuries.
Nurgul is currently only available Sundays, which is convenient for those of us who are busy throughout the week and only have time for appointments on the weekend. I highly recommend you give her a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Anna Zhao for quite a long time. Even when she was working in Burnaby, I went to seek eye treatment from her. I was diagnosed by my ophthalmologist with severe Glaucoma, and was told my eyesight was worsening rapidly and I would go blind soon. However, with Dr. A Zhao’s Deep Needle Eye Therapy, my eyesight is becoming better and better, and last time when I went to see my Ophthalmologist, he told me I couldn’t have glaucoma because it never gets better – but mine did!
I am very impressed with Dr. Anna Zhao’s skills. I find her treatment style is very different from other doctors and acupuncturists. She listens attentively, she does not only focus on the specific areas I ask about - she gives a holistic diagnosis, such as which organ’s energy is excessive, which ones are deficient, providing great advice/exercises on how to improve your health/life style in general. She also takes the time to do qigong with me, which is a form of medical meditation, which helped me immensely in overcoming my anxiety and stress, building up my confidence to overcome the disease.
I have recommended some friends to come to see her and they all told me she is fantastic. She is not only great at physical injuries, she is an excellent internal medicine doctor. Many of my friends who experienced anxiety, migraines, thyroid/endocrine problems, edema, weight issues, addictions, all got great help from her.
I highly recommend Dr. Anna Zhao.
