S	Simon Piniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the course of an operation with Dr. Wan, my wife had a burning sensation around her collar bone. The dentist explained some "shampoo" fell on her and wiped it off. But it kept burning until they washed it off thoroughly, assuring that there's nothing to worry about and that it wouldn't take her skin off. She apologized, blaming it on the new assistant. But as my wife discovered later, it blistered and did burn her skin off. The substance was no shampoo but acid etch! After showing it to Dr. Wan she actually had to ask for compensation for the most likely permanent scar, and all she got was a reimbursement of 10%, after spending around 1'800.- for the treatment plus assessment. My wife was lied to, and the dentist did not take responsibility. Simply insincere. That's why we're switching.
r	robertsonsam72 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shen pulled my wisdom teeth, there was nothing wrong with them. He just wanted to make money. Nothing about my welfare or the fact that there could be long lasting issues. Now I am in constant pain, a piece of my jawbone came out with the tooth. Do not go to him for anything other than a cleaning. I am so disappointed and disgusted that this was about money. Not about patient welfare.

Some people cannot see or understand when a dentist repeats three different methods to drive the same advice to the patient and yet they hear only what they want to hear, this creates a negative review. I have attended Plateau Village Dental for over fifteen (15) years and I am never let down on the highest quality of work preformed. Most dentist can do most work well enough to get a B grade more often it’s a C. The skilled staff at Village performs at a level that is surely GOD GIVEN. I have had surgeons complete work my mouth that compares less than that of Village Dental and mor3 of the highest qualified suergeon. I noticed it’s never about the money but in preforming text book quality work. I don’t ask you try this practise just to get you in the door, the request I make is, visit this practise and if you listen to the dentist as they tell you three(3) different ways of making this procedure a complete success. Try it. It’s one decision you’ll make you’ll be glad you’ll be glade you did Respectfully William F. WILDE

We also hear children and some nervous adults being treated in the next rooms become happy and appear to mostly stress free during their stay...Always good to hear while your in the chair!

Dr. Laura Wan, and her assistant, Chelsea, were so patient and kind with him, and he has been chatting all afternoon about how nice the dentists were and how it wasn’t at all scary to go there (even though he was quite worried beforehand.) Thank-you so much!

She is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you as her patient. I don't dread going to the dentist any longer. Also, her staff is amazing! Caring and super patient with answering questions. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

My hygienist did an amazing job and when I asked her to go back in an area she did not hesitate. After the cleaning then hygienist stated I brush my teeth very well and that the cleaning was very minimal. Upon consulting with the dentist I had far more criticism on yhe state on my teeth then her. We only agreed on three not quite cavities to fill. I would have insisted on more but the dentist stated they are not there yet. I don't feel like they are out to get money and genuinely care for you mouth as needed.
