★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not the greatest. The dentist didn’t have a good attitude and was very rude to me. I had to go multiple times to fix the same simple issue regarding my implant and he still didn’t correct it. I ended up going to a different doctor and was fixed after 1 visit.

Dr. Zheng and his assistant politely and patiently explained what to expect during the treatment, and the front desk staffs were friendly as well. Much appreciated and kudos to you team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don’t give reviews but I know should for Dr. Song Dental to help others make the right decision. I had been suffering from gingivitis since 2016 which has progressed to periodontitis. My condition is so bad that every dentist I saw advised that my condition will only get worse and recommended me to remove 90% of my teeth sooner rather than later. I am currently 52 and losing all my teeth is going to be dreadful at this age. I was totally depressed! When I first approached Dr. Song Dental in 2020, they gave me the same reviews too BUT they didn’t give up on me. My hygienist Bonnie tried her best to save my teeth by putting extra care cleaning my gums thoroughly and giving me good advice on how to care for my gums. From 2020 to 2022, Bonnie together with Dr. Cheng cleaned and fixed up my teeth condition. Bonnie is very patient, skillful and experienced, while Dr. Cheng is very gentle but swift and precise in his procedures. They are truly the Power Duo Team! Now in 2022, my condition has improved by 50%! It’s still a long way to recovery but I know I am in good hands. The Clinic adopts a compassionate culture and everyone is kind from front desk to assistants to hygienist to doctor! I just wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone in Dr. Song Dental – Thank you very much!

I have done all my teeth work ( Veneers, cleaning and all the teeth repairs) in his clinic, and had very positive experience. I definitely recommend him to all my friends and coworkers. He is the best dentist in great Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Dr. Song Dental was very positive. Last year Bonnie cleaned my teeth and I imagine it was quite the task to her. I came to their office after years of depression and not having taken proper care of my teeth/hygiene as a result. Bonnie was kind and wasn't judgamental, and also offered me anesthetic knowing that I'm sensitive to pain.
One year later I came back to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was shocked by how swift and accurate Dr. Song was during the extractions and I was out of the office in under an hour! It's been a week now and I've fully recovered already. Thank you so much to the team at Dr. Song Dental, you've made trips to the dentist much less stressful than I've felt they were elsewhere in the past!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I had a tooth implant done in Dr. Song's clinic. I felt very good. Dr. Song was highly skilled and experienced.The injection was almost painless. The implant process was smooth and finished in less than half an hour. The clinic staff were very kind and considerate, and the clinic environment was clean. Highly recommended for treatment in this clinic!
