I am Dr. Ubhi's patient. My on line appointments which are mostly on line take from 1- 4 minutes and usually I ask her to renew my prescription. But after several days I have to call back and wait on phone for long minutes to remind them to send my prescription to my pharmacy. She is irresponsible.

This clinic tells you to book appointment online. Then you find out the 'online' booking is only for botox and a some sort of injection. And they never ever answer the phone to book appointments. Whats going on Eagleridge Medical Clinic??

Amazing office. Love the option of online booking. Yes, doctors can fall behind but I’ve experienced that everywhere I've been. Phone calls are always returned when I leave a voicemail! Staff is great.

I'm so disappointed with the receptionists and booking service. Every single time I need to see our family doctor I face issues: it's either booked for the wrong time or it's a wrong type of appointment (an in-person instead of a phone one) they registered. In case of phone appointments, a call is usually late, which is ok, I understand a patient before me could have had a serious problem to discuss. However, something MUST be done to improve the organization and management of this clinic.

The doctors are very kind take there time and are informative. The reception is a nightmare. I was considering them as a family practitioner, as I desperately need one and I loved the doctor... But the idea of having to deal with the receptionist makes me quiver. I tried to book in advance ,but threw some miscommunication threw the receptionist it never manifested. I ended up coming as a walk in with my 1y old which I was trying to avoid.... We finally get to our appointment and the doctor was amazing. I have a fairly common simple issue. He informs me who I am going to see , how the procedure goes and where- All was well untill he was instructing the receptionist to refer me to a specialist... Where she then tells him "No-" there was then some banter/frustration between them where the doctor groans and storms off .. In the end the receptionist informs me she may or may not get ahold of me in the next couple weeks with a referral!? NIGHTMARE. Nothing was resolved. I am going to see an other clinic that will give me proper dates, times and solutions. Not maybes and waiting around. I feel bad for the doctors they deserve better staff. ***EDIT- it's been over a month and they have not contacted me****

I love Dr Ubhi. She has a great sense of humor and really cares about her patients. She offers excellent medical advice and listens to every concern. I have never had a problem getting through on the phone. Emails are prompt and when I have had to pick something up there has never been a problem. The ladies on the phone have always been kind and responsive. I also love that I can book online as an option.

Dr Gill has been our family doctor for over 25 years. His expertise and efficiency as a doctor highly exceeds all expectations. He constantly goes out of his way to help his patients. I’d also like to thank Miranda in the admin office for how helpful she is. Thanks for a team that never ceases to go extra mile for each one of our family.

The doctors are really sweet and I have been helped by them a lot. The only thing that is super frustrating is the amount of wait time every time I book an appointment. The staff have no respect or empathy for the patients or their time, and when one asks them about their appointment, they just say that people are taking more time than usual. If you have an appointment at 10, you'll most likely see the doctor around 10:45 or even 11. Most of the patients are busy with their schedules and other time-commitments and that is not considered there. They also don't pick up the phones at all, so there is no way of communication with them. I wish their services were better, so that clients would have a better experience.
