With the addition of Nicole I have no doubt I'm in great hands and would recommend Michele and her staff to anyone looking to recover from a ICBC injury or any other pain that is treatable by a physiotherapist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the reception staff to the physiotherapists themselves, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. This is a superb physio clinic where the patient is always put first. Special thanks and kudos to Nicole who was super efficient in dealing with my problems and helping me to obtain optimum fitness prior MVA and post MVA. Not only Nicole is very knowledgeable about my problem, but she took obvious care to include my own motivations, barriers and preferences into account when treating me. It has been hugely helpful for me to continue the rehab program she designed on my own and while travelling. Thanks Nicole for making my rehab program a positive experience.

Most recently I had positional vertigo which I suffered with for almost 6 weeks then I saw Michelle and she treated me in about 20 minutes! amazing place

I hope to see the day where I am back to full recovery! Highly recommend for anyone who is look for a Physiotherapist or Kinesiologist in the tri-cities. Great location and friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle is a great physiotherapist when she is working with you. However, I always found that I was booked amongst 2-3 other patients at the same time. After working on me for about 10-15 minutes, she would provide me with exercises and basically have me fill the rest of my session with those exercises by myself, while she worked with another patient. Sometimes I would be finished the exercises and just sitting in the room waiting for her to return. Many times I just saw myself out. My honest feedback would be cutting back on the number of patients being seen at the same time, and spending more one on one time with each patient. Other than that, I did see great improvements from the hands on work she did do with me.
