★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Avora Skin Spa twice to receive a Pure Control Facial, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The spa is clean, comfortable and staff are amazing! Olga was very knowledgeable and professional. After the first visit she recommended some products from Pharmaceris, the T Line, which I bought and will continue to do so! I will be starting my LED treatments this week, and I'm excited for the end results. :D

Super friendly staff, that's where it ends on the positives I'm afraid.
Booked an hours relaxing massage. Arrived and was not offered a drink. I wouldn't normally mind but the other clients were being offered green tea and all sorts. The masseuse who treated me was a lovely person but boy she wouldn't shut up. I booked a relaxing massage not a get to know you seminar. I think 30 seconds was the longest pause for silence in the hour. The massage itself was not relaxing and I wouldn't go back nor recommend. It was pretty brutal and sore. Alena is very inexperienced and this showed. I will have to visit another masseuse to put right what she did. I'm still in pain after a week!!
I was also advised I would be getting hot stones complimentary, this never happened. When I left I was offered a glass of water. Thanks!
1 star for being lovely people but nothing for the quality of massage.
Please take note of the response of the owner. It made me laugh, they haven't got a clue. Not once have they responded to my specific issues. Regardless of the response, I stand by the fact that their 'best' masseuse is no good. (5 years of nothing). If you're after a relaxing massage give this place a big swerve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Avora for a number of things and it is by far the best spa I have been to. The staff is very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location is prime and it is very clean and the decor is beautiful and modern. I really enjoyed my massage with Alena and had incredible results after anti-wrinkle eye treatments with Olga. The products they sell and use are also high quality and work amazingly. I highly recommend Avora, they offer many services and often have great deals too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had nothing but great experiences at Avora. The staff are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. After only a few LED treatments and using their recommended creams I have noticed a big difference in my skin. I have tried so many things on my face battling acne, scars, etc, and am so excited that I'm already seeing awesome results so quickly. The results so far have been amazing and I can't wait to continue with my treatments and see the end results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a gift certificate as a gift to this spa but was not impressed with the service I received. Right from the make an appointment to being short changed on the what was supposed to be 75min pedicure/massage by almost 20min. I will not go back and do not recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 55 and I noticed that I was getting baggy eyes, loose skin on my face and an extra chin. I decided to try Avora Skin Spa. I met with Marina Olendzskaya. She suggested that I do 6 session with her. I started to see great improvement after my first visit. Now after 4 sessions, I feel that I look over 10 years younger. Really appreciate it Marina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAUTIOUS! It's best to count how much you owe before you pay.
Before you schedule an appointment, get the price written down together with the name of the procedure and the date because the prices change: there is one price when you make an appointment, another when you come for the appointment, and a new one again when you pay at the end. Needless to say that they were growing every time.
When I brought the differences in prices to the attention of the manager, they accused me of lying, deafness, and mental disability, and told me to get out. Fortunately, I have never encountered such rudeness and lack of professionalism, and I hope I never will again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did 6 sessions of chemical peel and end up more damages on my skin. When I share my concerns to them. Rather than they accept their responsibility, they said, I need more treatments. If someone see more damages rather than improvement on skin.How can possible to spend more money. I tried to reach the owner twice, no luck. Very bad experience. Its waste of time and money.
