In addition they also provided assistance in staging and recommendations with some of the repair work. We also retained Momentum’s services in the purchase of our next home, which was a lengthy and at times anxious experience due to the red hot real-estate market in Metro Vancouver. Both Wells & Ethan worked around our busy schedules being parents that worked full-time Jobs, and they were patient and encouraging during the entire process. The response time on messages was amazing and we did not feel rushed or pressure at anytime. I would highly recommend Momentum to anyone looking for professional, educated and experienced realtors.

He went above and beyond for me. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I had actually contacted a few realtors and was prepared to go with someone else; however, after talking to Aaron, I changed my mind as I felt more comfortable with him and his approach. I felt like he actually cared and took the time to learn about me and what I wanted. He was great following Covid rules, he took care of my dog during showings when I was at work, and offered to take care of my plants when I was away. He made himself available to take me to view homes with little notice throughout the Fraser Valley.
