They are professional and knowledgeable but also make the experience personal and even offer some laughs. Sabrina Baliksy was amazing to deal with and always took excellent care of me. A truly great place with fantastic staff.

I had a hard time explaining the issue as I had no issue you could see or feel. Stephen sat with me and spent time listening and asking me what seemed like tonnes of questions. He then started on a care plan and I wouldn't say Day 1 I was cured by any means but he instilled enough confidence in me that he knows his craft I continued going back and after maybe 6 visits the pain was gone. Stephen then booked me a running assessment as I am a new runner and gave me hits and tips or improving how I approach running. 1 year later - I have run 5K's and now just completed a 500 mile challenge and the best part absolutely no foot pain whatsoever. I cannot rave about this company or Steven enough.

The last one I was very concerned that the goal could not be achieved but there was no doubt in Stephen mind that he could do it. He was right and I’m so happy. Steven and Nolan have been very helpful with my Physio not only with ‘a plan but They made sure what gains or losses I had done between sessions and changed the plan accordingly. There is a great team of Physio therapist and kinesiologists who take care of all your needs including some challenging exercises that helped a lot. I really felt cared about and that my injuries mattered to them all.

My favorite part about this clinic is how Stephen and his crew are such great listeners. When I have explained my injuries to them in the past, they really engage and seek the root of the problem. Each time, they were bang on and able to get me back to doing things I love sooner than I thought possible. My last injury that I was down there for was a tendon strain on the inside of my knee from trying to learn how to whip kick in the pool. I had only 2 weeks to go before a ski mountaineering trip up on the Columbia icefields and I was nervous my knee would be to unstable and painful for me to attend. Steven went way above and beyond to squeeze me into his schedule and reschedule appointments so that I would be in shape for this adventure. I am happy to report that I was able to go climb all the mountains I had hoped to with my team. This is the very best physical therapy business I have ever found, and I am so glad that I did. They brought me in right away and Stephen worked began working his magic… about an hour after getting out of there, I was actually able to walk on my own. We went on from there and in no time a was back to my old self. From Paige upfront, to Stephen with treatment and Henrik with exercises (plus all the other staff that I’m forgetting) the experience was outstanding. Always tried to accommodate your schedule and getting the most out of every session. Thank you again and I strongly recommend.

I have been seeing Reid for two years on and off and he always helps me come up with a realistic plan and exercises for rehab. His bedside manner is great he is funny and easy to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable and can answer my questions and if he doesn’t know he takes the time to research it. Reid often follows up via email weeks after our sessions are done just to check up on my progress. My son also had a visit with Reid after a broken bone and he was just phenomenal with my 8 year old. I would recommend Reid and the Momentum team every single time.
