★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly remarkable studio in the Iyengar yoga tradition. The teacher is one of the best I have ever taken class from. She gives general instruction but helps each person individually as well. Over time this enriched my practice to an amazing degree! Her online courses have been great too.
