The best studio I have EVER been to! Incredible teachers, welcoming atmosphere and a variety of awesome classes. We moved and The Lab is one of the things I miss most about the island. May have ruined every future studio for me ;)

The classes, teachers, and community at Lab Yoga are great! Such lovely teachers, each of them! Plenty of room, a cute little shop and modern showers and a changing room. I love the energy and vibe of the space and the diversity level of classes, so there is something for everyone. A wonderful gem! NamastΓ©

I love this place. After trying several different yoga studios with different philosophies Yoga Lab just felt right. The staff are genuine and professional and treat you like family. The community is welcoming and friendly. Lots of new ideas and things organized outside of the studio.

This is a true yoga community. Very inclusive with all abilities, ages, sizes attending classes. There are many community events like hiking, brunch gatherings, potlucks, special events etc I always feel welcome. A variety of classes are offered and the teachers are very skilled. Lots of workshops offered. The ambassador program is excellent. The best yoga studio I have every been to. The Lab really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to this studio for years but took a few years off. Overall it's a very beautiful yoga studio. It's incredibly spacious, has amazing lighting, and the showers and changerooms are great. The parking can be a big issue. It's good etiquette to be at the yoga studio around 10-15 mins prior to class starting, and when there's no parking spots available (which is almost always the case), you have to park at the Walmart across the street and run across the road at a very dangerous point just to make it to class on time. I think the complex needs to work together to let anyone using any of the businesses use the spaces. It's frustrating seeing 8 open spaces but I can't use them because it belongs to the fitness studio. If they aren't willing to do that they should really advocate for a crosswalk. They changed their classification from Moksha Yoga to the Lab years ago, and I spent years before and after the transition so I have had a fair deal of experience with both. I think the yoga practice itself has been slowly diminished with the transition, and while it may just be a personal preference I much preferred the sequence of Moksha as well as the philosophy and pillars they encompassed. I know this is somewhat out of their hands but never in my life would I imagine that a yoga studio, especially one that promotes an inclusive, natural, free-spirted, non-judgemental atmosphere would be asking each individual entering their doors to show their personal medical history and papers to prove that they've been injected with a pharmaceutical drug or they can't practice YOGA (of all things). While it may be "out of their hands", what has the community and business done to actually resist the invasion of an individuals personal autonomy? Won't be coming back even if these restrictions are ever lifted and I know of numerous previous members whom I'm friends with who feel the same.

Excellent experience so far! I've attended their classes for 1.5 months and I LOVE it so much. All instructors are very friendly, professional and have their own different styles so you won't get tired of hot yoga. I used to be a runner but couldn't continue it since I had suffered from hypothyroidism and postpartum depression. As my husband suggested me to go back to yoga and it totally changed me. I feel so refreshed and charged after each class. One thing I wonder if they can have a Bikram yoga class in the future.
