Modeno did an excellent job constructing my house and quickly took care of any repairs that came up during the building process and even after closing. Very satisfied customer!

From meeting with the employees at their office for colour selection all the way to the treatment from the employees on the site this is truly a professional business. The homes are laid out beautifully and are built with great quality products. I can not wait to move into my new home!

From day one they are about the customer. Everyone on the crew, not just the project managers. They are detailed oriented and put in a lot of effort to give the customer what they want. A true rare find in this industry. I had such a great experience !!
