I found him in 2015 when I filled out a form on his site to view his properties. I told him that I was interested in buying but I wasn’t sure about when. He quickly gave me the number for a mortgage broker and was eager to help me with my journey. At the time, I was interested in buying but I didn’t understand the importance, therefore I lacked urgency and never called to get my mortgage approval. From the first phone call, Bill never gave up. Over the next 6 years, he called periodically to check in on me and to see if I still wanted to buy, ensuring me that I could do it and he would help me along the way. In 2021 when I knew that I was getting closer to buying, I connected with other real estate agents.
