The bag came in less than a week, and looks new. Very happy with the price and service, definitely unbeatable in Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so thrilled with my purchase of a black Chanel jumbo double flap from Modaselle.
Modaselle is obviously meticulous with their inspections. Unlike other sites/stores, they took a lot of high-res, close-up photographs from every angle. They also accurately photographed and described the very tiny wear marks on the bag.
Even though I saved a lot off of retail (especially after Chanel's 2 price increases this year), this bag was still a lot of money. However, given the scarcity of Chanel bags + their reported quality issues of late, I feel that I got great value for money with this bag. It is in like-new condition despite being over 8 years old and the craftsmanship is impeccable.
The item was very carefully packed and double boxed (in addition to the original Chanel box!) and shipped on time.
Finally, as a Canadian, I really appreciate being able to find high-quality pre-loved items without having to worry about exchange rates, shipping charges, customs & duties and brokerage fees.
Going forward, Modaselle will be the FIRST place I check for my pre-loved purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to deal with. Purchased a Tag Heuer from them through a second party selling site. Perfectly smooth transaction, fast shipping and extremely well packaged. The watch is in perfect, new condition even though it was listed as preowned saving me a considerable amount of money. I've never purchased anything from this business or knew they even existed before finding the listing. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After browsing their website and setting my eyes on a beautiful WOC, I decided to visit this shop and examine the purse in person. The SA was helpful and friendly. And the shop has a wonderful selection of designer handbags and other accessories.
Needless to say, I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to getting more purses from here in the future.

My bag was extremely securely packed with a lot of tissue paper and within another box to prevent water damage and shifting around. Shipping to delivery was just one day.
