I retracted my previous review that gave them 5 stars because it’s not true anymore. I have had problems with my internet for weeks now and every time it goes out, the service line says we have to wait 3 days till someone can fix it. HELL NO! Tech issues are not a Monday to Friday issue… you need to have on-call techs for these things! The last tech I had told me it was a wiring issue and nothing I do will make a difference. Someone must go upstairs and fix it. So when a customer tells you they did everything, DO NOT MAKE THEM DO IT AGAIN! It’s degrading. You have to get better service procedures.. going days without internet is not what people pay for and shouldn’t pay for.

Phil came by the other day and installed my internet service, really nice guy, professional and dedicated. I wasn't getting full speeds so he insisted on coming back today to re-connect everything. My speeds now are flying and I'm really happy with the service so far. Thanks guys and keep it up!

Internet speed is fast and price is super cheap compared to my previous provider. Wish I had discovered this years ago and saved a lot of money for the same quality of service. The technician helped in setting up and he did a great job!?

Was surprised that appointments were for a specific time, not the usual "window" where they might show up sometime. Service was prompt, answered my questions, and my speed is way faster than what I was getting with Telus, for almost half the price. Definitely recommend. *Edited rating and review because internet cut out 2 weeks later for no reason in middle of work day. Came on again, but was off in the morning again with no explanation. Eventually they said it was a pinched cable they replaced, will see if it works. We'll be switching to more reliable service if this happens a third time.

Excellent client service and technician expertise. The Moby Team did an exceptional job completing additional tasks for the installation due to the cable access being drywalled over. Great work.

I am so happy with the service , it's been two weeks since I had it and it's amazing. the installation with Donovan is superb , Donovan is so knowledgeable and professional all the way, it was quick and fast installation, I got my internet in less than half an hour. the speed so far is what I paid for and am so happy with it.

Donovan helped set up my Moby connection and it was a smooth and easy process. It took a total of about 15 min and I haven’t run any issues or problems. I really wished I switched over sooner.. I would’ve saved so much money! Thanks, I’m super happy with my decision. ?
