The post-graduation job hunt is always daunting but Susan and Logan made me feel supported in this journey. I was able to get temp positions right away, which bolstered my confidence and allowed me to gain office experience while job hunting. Thankfully, their skills at matching candidates with clients lead to a full-time temp position and after a few months I became a salaried employee. I went from earning minimum wage to securing an entry-level office position with their help. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year of grinding the job market during a tough time in Alberta, I found my way to Logan at Executive Solutions. I admit, I wasn't sure about using a placement firm to find employment so was very skeptical going in. Logan took the time to discuss what I was looking for and got me through the door so that I could finally show someone why they want to hire me. I got the job. Then unfortunately due to Covid, they needed to hold hiring me on. I was really worried. Through the entire process Logan was there and kept looking for the right positions to fit my needs (even out of the box ones because he realizes the importance of being employed). He found me another chance to interview and I got that job too. Because of Executive Solutions and the work Logan put in as well as his recommendation to the company, I'm happy to say that I was hired on as a permanent employee after only 2 months of working! Thank you Executive Solutions for helping me during this tough time, you're amazing!
