β β β β β Technicians here are honest, courteous, and delivers great customer service. My iPhone 11 battery was toasted. I went in there and got my device fixed in no time. The Guy working there ordered a new battery right away and delivered it to me in no time. Super fast and friendly service, for a fair price. I will go back to Mobilyf with any further cell phone related repairs. I highly recommend them to any one for all types of cellular repairs.

β β β β β Just got a repair done for a cracked screen of my iPhone 7 Plus today. The service tech provided professional and prompt service. I could tell the screen he used for the replacement was a quality product while the fee he charged was extremely competitive compared to other businesses nearby. Highly recommend!

β β β β β The service was excellent compared to other stores quoting 100-120$ for a simple. iPhone 7 plus replacement that takes 30 mins, tops. I can replace my own phone parts via YouTube but my mother needed this phone urgently.
One of their franchises quoted for 85$ at Kingsway but Steve from Madison Centre quoted to 70$. Significant difference since it's under the same brand.
The screen feels like the authentic OEM display, quite impressive; usually, it'll feel like glassy plastic.
Although, I had to wait 15 mins because he was gone for 20 mins without a specific timeframe when he left.
One of the suggestions that a customer lining up beside me said:
The owner or the person who is operating the store, should put a sign.
Stating when they left and when they'll be back; not stating 20 mins with unspecified time frame.
Could increase your customer retention with certainty instead of uncertainty.

β β β β β Broke the end of my charger in my phone. They fixed it very quickly. I expected to pay something as they arenβt obligated to help me. They didnβt even charge me a service fee. Thank you so much. You were kind and generous.

β β β β β I dropped my samsung S10 and even though it was still in mint condition, the LCD screen cracked and my screen blacked out. I didnt have any of my pictures/videos backed up. I was running around for 2 days trying to find a place that would guarantee that my files would be retrieved. I went to private vendors, they told me 90% but they can't guarantee anything. I went to Samsung, they told me my odds were 50/50. I stumbled upon Naz and she was such an angel. She let me explain my situation and then went ahead and explained what she would do and exactly how she would replace my phone without corrupting my files. All within 30minutes. She was very knowledgeable and words cant describe how happy I am that I have my files back. Thank you Naz!

β β β β β Fixed my Redmi phone in a day. As i called others but nobody has the screen in stock. They got the screen by evening and fixed in 1 hour. They waited for me around half an hour because they were about to close the store.
Very good customer services. Will definitely recommend others to go there.

If you need anything done with your phone, these are the guys to help you out. I am very happy with the service they gave me yesterday and the phone is working like new.
