The staff is very profesional and friendly they have the best deals on phone if you wish to buy from a place that offers warranty on used phones. This is the place to go. They also have all kinds of phone protectors and screen protectors. You don't even have to go very far for a repair they'll do it in merely 30mins

S	Stannis Baratheon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have the worst communications ever. I had an S8+ dropped off and they too forever to take a look at it. They rarely ever contacted me and started making contact timelines that they never live up to. They fixed after weeks which was good but they didn't even fix the broken backplate. I tried them one more time. An S10+ that apparently has a motherboard issue and the camera won't work. They took a week instead of 3-4 days to look at it and never contacted me. I had to contact them. They regurgitated the same issue about the motherboard and asked for another week. Their communication sucks and they're too slow. If you have an older phone they will likely take way too long to look at it. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. They are genuinely time wasters.

T	Tony W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, fast service. Discovered the battery on my older cellphone had swollen and needed replacing. Checked out several places on line and decided on Fast Cell Repair. They didn't have the exact battery I needed but brought in a battery the same day. The phone was repaired, tested, and ready by the end of the day. Have had the phone for almost a week, it's working perfectly including NFC and fingerprint sensor which had been disabled by the swollen battery. Bonus, the cost was much less than quoted by other stores. Definitely will go back for any cellphone repairs. I had tried replacing a battery on another phone and cracked the screen killing the phone. Not worth trying to do it yourself, bring it to Fast Cell.

I was greeted by a fellow named Jerry (Hope I'm spelling that right). He was happy to help me out right away. I briefly explained the issue I was having with my phone and he explained that he would run a quick diagnostic and figure out what the problem was. I was told it would take about 30 minutes tops to figure out the issue, so I thought I would run across the street and grab a coffee while I waited. I popped in a little earlier than told, but Jerry had already resolved the issue. It turned out I had some obstruction in the charging port, that he quickly cleared up. Although my issue was quickly resolved and it was nothing major, I appreciated the excellent Customer service Jerry Provided. He was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the place. No doubt I'll be visiting this shop anytime I have issues with my phone. Highly recommend.

First off they DENIED my refund (in which we had a verbal agreement [another reason not to deal with these guys]) simply for wanting to share my experience on here with you. (Yes this 1 star review will end up costing me lots of $ [new phone]) This was filled with very poor clarity on the service side, leaving me questioning when things will be done. I took multiple trips to receive my phone completely changing my work days simply because the tech told me he sent my phone to different stores. Of course I make phone calls ahead of time and everything just to find out yet another full day had been wasted on MISCOMMUNICATION. Not to mention every time I got my phone back from these guys (3x) there was ALWAYS something missing (SIM, phone case and of course a working device as icing on the cake) I guess im really just disappointed in the extreme lack of attention to the customer/device they are fixing. Long story short it took just under a month of back and fourth travel (roughly 6 hours out of my life) for my phone to be broken more than it ever was. I was told I could only get a refund if I did NOT give a review on google. Clearly I said no, denying the refund and their pathetic ethics. I believe in being real and SERVING people to the BEST of my abilities. All in all a genuine 1 star experience. Best regards,
