Giving an average review because they actually have a decent selection of cases for older model phones, though they are overpriced and not the best quality. Also they were good about a direct exchange with no hassle after a case I bought didn't fit my phone very well.

We took it to a different reputable cell repair service and the tech there was distressed that they found missing pieces related to the last screen replacement causing the failure. They flagged this as odd and sketchy. What more can I say than this is what happened and hence my review.

My daughter bought case for her iPad 36$ and guy won’t give money back. Says final sale he didn’t say that when was buying. It doesn’t fit and done have colour or style she wants plus discontinued model so won’t get any other kinds in. Offer to exchange for something else in store for double the price. Not happy don’t use there junk broke after a couple days. Very not happy

I had multiple purchases for my phone and since then I’m referring all my friends to this store , the person's name that had done things for me was provide me with an excellent customer care and support was Nish . I highly recommend him bc of his amazing support and decent pricing , he's going over and beyond for his customers. I was in a London drugs which was doing shipments for apple stores, to have the cracked back of my iphone 12 pro max fixed and they asked for 700 , and Nish had done the same quality with the actual apple part for me with almost 200.

I initially went there three days ago when I dropped my phone and the screen stopped working. The guy told me it would be $280 to fix, which I reluctantly agreed to (I wanted to be able to get the info from the phone, this was my first mistake). They made me pay half up front. I return the following day and got my phone which appeared to be fixed. The phone was not working within 20 minutes of getting home, the screen was black, the fingerprint scanner burning hot, and the back panel complete removable (just had the battery replaced and another company reglued it, so I know this is poor workmanship on Mobilinq's part). I return again today to get them to fix my phone yet again. They guy there was nice enough but was refusing to give me a refund...stating a number of reasons why. I almost let him give me a loaner phone but when he could find a little pokey piece to take out the SIM card, I knew I needed to cut my losses. The employee said multiple times it's a manufacturer error, but I seriously doubt that. I then demanded a refund and said he could take the screen back, anything to get my money back and never deal with this company again! I feel furious at the shoddy job done and wish I never wasted three days dealing with this place. Buyer beware
