Service très courtois et souriant. Bon choix d'articles à prix concurrentiels. Je recommande tout à fait, surtout pour donner une 2e vie à un meuble du bureau plutôt que toujours surconsommer dans le neuf.
Very courteous and smiling service. Good selection of competitively priced items. I totally recommend it, especially to give a second life to an office piece of furniture rather than always overconsuming something new.

I drove all the way out there (outside the city) and it was not open during their "opening hours". Dont waste your time with a business disrespectful of their customers.

A great initiative to reuse business supplies and furniture. They also have new furniture at competitive prices. Owners are really nice and helpful! Furnished a 1200 sqf office for a great price and the result looks awesome!

Previously agreed prices jumped up by $50 and when questioned I was refused service and told to leave. I recently discovered this store by an ad on the facebook marketplace. The ad had several pictures of various cabinets. I was ok with the price and it was the closest to my location. I then saw in the background of one picture there was a locker available so I asked about the price. The cabinet was $150 and the locker was $255 for a total of $405. I asked about a time to come and pickup and then realised it was a business so tax would be added. NO big deal everyone has to pay uncle sam. Armed with the hours of business i put my employee in my truck attached the trailer and told him to go get them. The business is over 1 hour from my location so a fair amount of effort on my part. When my employee arrived at the store he looked around then skyped me and showed me what was there. I told him which one and he went to go pay. For some reason the owner felt the need to up the price by $50 for a total of $455. This is a used furniture store so my employee tried to negotiate at this point knowing that the price was not what it should have been. He called me a few minutes later and told me what happened. I immediately messaged her on facebook and asked why the price increase. I was told the cabinet my employee selected was a different brand and cost more money than what was listed. I then looked at the pictures and confirmed that the cabinet i wanted was indeed in the picture and showed listed at $150 as previously discussed. Feeling frustrated about being screwed around by a so called professional business i asked if the vendor wanted a good review. Maybe not the best idea in hindsight but most businesses should be able to handle something like that without the following events (at least mine does). Next thing i know my employee calls me and tells me he was kicked out of the store with no explanation. A little confused i told him to go back in and just pay the inflated price as the time wasted would add to more than the price increase. He went back in the store told the woman he was ready to pay her asking price and she told him to leave again which he did. At this point I then get a notification on my phone that the price on the listing has been changed. I had taken a screenshot already and have attached it to this review as proof of what happened. All in all a ton of time and fuel wasted and i can't honestly recommend or do business here.

Terrible customer service. I think the owner must work too much or is for some reason oversensitive and easily offended by simply discussing prices (of used and dented office furniture) when selling used stuff on Facebook marketplace, and having a store that looks pretty much like a garage sale, this store owner should definitely not be so easily offended by asking if the prices are even a little bit flexible. ESPECIALLY when those prices aren't even labelled on the items!

Very happy with the quality of furnitures. While it's true that their business operations need improvement, the furniture stock that they possess, depending on your choice, are very much worth the cost. An office station (2 desks with 2 sets of locked cabinets) at mint condition, worth thousands of dollars, priced at $250. A three-seater sofa at mint condition, priced at $50. These items have been with me for 2 weeks now, and there are no functional defects at all --- with the exception of minor artifical wearing that comes with secondhand items, both sets are very clean and works as expected. Look around and know what you're getting. At the level of used furniture stores, they're definitely at the top when it comes to product quality. Negotiate, put in the effort and get your item. These are hard-working couple who do their best to keep a good local business thrive.
