★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my old phone here and my experience was okay. I checked online and it said it was about $240. This phone was physically in great condition with just some minor defects. I went in and could barely hear the person that was helping me. At first they said it I would get $190 for the phone which I felt like would be fair considering they always overestimate the price. However, at the very end, I only got $90 which was quite a bit less. I asked about it and they just listed all there excuses such as bad battery (again I could barely hear them). I guess this in fine but I wish it was much more transparent in the cost as well as the reasoning.
Also, they are one of the stores that ask for a high review when doing things. This means that I would take some of the highly rated reviews with a grain of salt.

Also its my fault for not researching but these guys have the worst pricing with worst deals and worst package plans. the service was subpar and i ordered a screen 4 weeks ago and i have yet to receive a call or email. after i left 2 numbers and my email. poor business layout, cant believe there still running. See you never

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a ripoff told me they couldn't fix my son's cracked screen on his phone which was covered under samsung's 1 year warranty as it had some water damage. But if I wanted to pay $200 they could fix his cracked screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely amazing , the service is second to none and they really do great work . I bought a new phone at the source because my old one was wrecked (or so I thought) . Anyway I went to Mobile Klinik to see if they could transfer all the info from my old phone to the new and they fixed my old phone in a few minutes . They have great prices on refurbished phones and accessories. Please go check them out , best phone place I've been .
