★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10 service. The technician is a master. Im actually blown away at how fast my alienware laptop was fixed with a major electronic and software failure.
Instead of just replacing parts he actually fixed the electronic problem, now my computer is new again in under 1 day.
The price should of been way more, i wont forget this honest service. Saved me a lot of time and money
If i ever have a computer problem in the future ill be sending it here, and im not even from Saskachewan.
10/10 thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He does not know how to fix gaming laptops, if you are having thermal issues or anything else go to memory express its more expensive but worth it. He was very close to breaking my motherboard.

I went to get my laptop fixed from him and after the appointment, my battery died after he supposedly fixed my laptop's thermal issues. The motherboard was not mounted properly as well and he does not know how to handle gaming laptops at all. Theres no change in my laptop's thermal performance and he couldnt even change the rgb lights on my keyboard as well.
THANK GOD HE DID NOT BREAK MY LAPTOP.

Went to fix my cracked iphone screen and it was working fine before I fixed it and after he fixed it...it was freezing at random times and glitchy (because the LCD screen used is cheap and most likely not compatible with my iphone 7). He originally quoted me $80 and when I came back to pick up my phone he told me I got a "good deal" because he had to put on an "original" iphone screen since he didn't have the $80 screens. he said to come back in one week *if* it wasnt working. Soon as I got home, it was glitching. went back and he said that "it was not his problem" and that my phone was probably already broken so he was not liable. After, he told me to come back in one week so he can change it to the "cheaper $80 screen" because he ordered some and they were on the way.
One week later, I came back to fix it but he gave me THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE when he saw it was me. he greeted me with "OH its YOU" and then took my phone and went to the back without telling me ANYTHING. Same treatment when i came to pick up the phone, he didnt even say a word to me just handed me the phone with attitude. After fixing my phone again, it is STILL glitchy!! Does he think i want to come waste 1-3 hours for fun??? DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want a headache and cheap quality stuff. save your time and money and just go downtown or Global tech pro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here 4 or 5 separate times over the past few years and I’ve always been very impressed. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. Easily the cheapest place in town and I have never felt tricked into something or overcharged.
He resurrected my water damaged laptop that 2 over repair places said was impossible to fix within hours of me bringing it to him. He is always upfront with the cost and calls me with a quote before doing anything if he can’t give me a quote right away.
Every repair has been same day, have never had any issues with the repairs, and they are consistently about 30-50% cheaper than quotes I’ve received elsewhere. I have a hard time believing the negative reviews are truly objective or fair. I cannot recommend this place enough.
