★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service and rude behaviour of employee.
We have ordered pizza with indian butter sauce and they made it with regular pizza sauce. Even quality of pizza was super bad today.
When my husband told employee on desk that pizza is not good then she dont care about what we are saying. Even when i called she said we have too many regular customer we dont care if we not have you.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Mediterranean pizza from the store while going home from university. I mentioned twice to employee/cashier who was taking my order, that "don't add onions on pizza (as a topping)" but when I reached home and started eating it I noticed they have added a lot of onions on my pizza despite of mentioning twice to not to do so! Even pizza wasn't that good either which I already expected from the price. But atleast they should take care of customers' allergies and likings/dislikings. If you have any specific food allergy, do not order pizza from this store. They are failing at their services and customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, when you see this many bad reviews you have to wonder if they should be making pizza. This many people cannot be wrong. I did order a pizza from here once and it was not good and I said to myself that this will be the last. Tasted burned, crust edges black. Just not what I would consider a great pizza overall. There are many places to get pizza but to be fare I will try WOW again some time. Maybe I just had a bad experience but the reviews are not saying that. Generally speaking a first bad impression will turn me away permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying at a hotel next to the airport, less than a km from Wow Pizza. Ordered pizza at 8:30pm… told it would be 30 minutes. I called them at 9:15pm to see if there was an issue. They told me it was on its way. I called them back at 9:45pm and they said it should be there really soon. Showed up 5 minutes later and was ice cold. $28 bucks. And it was awful. Hahaha. Wow pizza… Yep… WOW that was awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was way to disappointed with the pizza I ordered, the toppings were burnt and I called the store to inform them, they offered me a new pizza, but the 2nd pizza was way to bad as well, as the base had like handful of chilli flakes and I never asked for those. Felt like it was done on purpose as it was way too spicy. I have had their pizza before but this was the worst experience.

They have a variety of deals on the menu that allow you to get discounts on various pizzas and combos, thus there's little need to pay the "full" listed price. The bbq chicken and buffalo chicken pizzas both tasted pretty good. Not greasy, decent quality and quantity of toppings.
