They took my computer which refused to co-operate anymore and in a period of 1 day had it up and running with consideably more clarity. Today I received a follow up call from Ardy at Layer3 and he wanted to install a update for me. As I stated not a computer freak but he go me through it and I am a very happy customer. Our company Aggressive Drilling switch over to Layer3 and are completely satisfied with their service and more so their knowledge. Got problems call them you will not regret it.

The competency and professionalism is outstanding and in most cases the problem is solved before I even hang up the phone. I've never met someone more knowledgeable in this space than Amir and Arde at Layer3 and am consistently surprised by how quickly and easily they handle what seems to be massive problems with our tech. If you are not using Layer3 I don't know how you are still in business.
