If you want the same POS back that you gave them after you give them two transmissions to start with already out of the vehicle and $2k, use them. I honestly think I got the same transmission back just cleaner. Out of 5 symptoms it had when it came in, it still had all 5 when I got it back. Third gear slips still when going in. Even after all the "new" clutches went in the guy said apparently they were within tolerance? I would have thought new would meen they SHOULD be in tolerance. I think I got punked! Never again!

Although I turned them down on a service, I really appreciated the respectful customer service Brian had here. I bought a Saturn Outlook which soon was to find that the transmission was gone. These guys explained to me what they could do to fix it but the car wasn't worth as much anyway. Hopefully I don't have transmission problems with any future vehicles but if I do this is my first stop. Also highly recommend,... nice people are hard to find

Hands down best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with! Extremely patient and works with the customer. Always find myself coming out on top when I send my vehicle here. Everyone is very courteous and polite and very professional. Would rate 100 stars if possible!

I've never written a Google review before, but these guys are so awesome I have to praise them. I'm a university student from outside of the KW region, and I stopped in for a service with Chris in October. They told me to stop by if I needed anything in the future (another service, referral to another auto-shop for other issues, general questions) and so I stopped by today looking for a referral to someone that could fix my windshield wiper. Scott fixed it with no charge and put the problem into simple terms so I could understand the issue and know what to look out for in the future. When I was leaving, Scott said "You're a customer! We take care of you." I always leave this location with a smile, thank you!

What a fantastic experience working with Scott and his team. I had a major transmission issue and he battled to get the cost down as much as he could for me. Very professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend you go see Scott for any of your car repair needs.

So far I have only trusted Pennzoil guys located in Waterloo for my car.I had to get my transmission fluid changed and they recommended this place. Needless to say, got the best service and am so happy that I have one more car service to trust for any of my future car servicing needs. These guys are trustworthy, honest and did not even try to oversell me once. Scott was very friendly and helpful.

This place is one of the best places I have encountered for my vehicle repair problems. First of all, they took time to involve me with what was needed to fix my SUV. Secondly, they were attentive to my concerns. Very professional, timely, and available. They run this establishment by putting the customer first. Definitely recommend.

After new ownership was in place, the business has gone downhill. The most unprofessional, unorganized, uninformative, and dishonest place me and my friend have experienced. We got quoted a $1700 job, that would take β€œ1-3” days. Fast forward a full month and the best they could provide us was a new quote of $2500-$3000. No parts list included. To retrieve that parts list we had to call multiple times a day for almost a week. Every phone call they answered they delayed it and promised for an update the next day. Even communication amongst staff is a mess. One of the last phone calls we had with them went something like this: Us: hey it’s been a month and absolutely nothing has been done, with your timeline and quotes completely wrong. At this moment we would like to just take back the trans the way it is Them: okay i have to get you to talk to my builder. **we get on phone with the builder** **tells builder what we told the original staff member” Builder: okay no problem **original staff member calls back** β€œHey so the builder told me to go ahead with the rebuild. This was the most frustrating experience we have ever dealt with.
