J	Joe Cuenca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in haste to have my clutch and flywhee replaced, asked them if they can work on it, it was a friday and the front desk/mechanic said theyll get it done the next week. Came nextweek on a thursday asked them if they started working on it. Frontdesk/mechanic said they just begun taking it apart. Came the week after that on a tuesday, said its still on the hoist and blamed me that my car is difficult to deal with. But should be done by wednesday. Came wednesday, mechanic/front desk told me theyll contact me as soon as they get it down the hoist. Thursday came and told me that its 90% finished, and i can pick it up friday. Friday morning, called them to make sure i can pick it up coz i need to leave work early just to do that. Finally its done! But had an awd malfunction and gave off a code. Drove the car for a couple of years, never had any cel/codes of any sort. Even no issues aside from slipping the clutch when i drove it there! Now awd has malfunction and has a code and the shop dont want to take responsibility about it.

He quickly diagnosed that my regular auto shop had not completely filled it with fluid after a flush. Ken topped it up and it was like night and day. No more slipping gears and kicking back. He said it was the 3rd car with the same issue recently. I will only trust him for any future transmission maintenance. Small town service in a big city is hard to come by! Thanks again Ken

With car maintenance being a new responsibility for me, Ken and David were very helpful and honest with explaining the repairs needed with the mature hand-me-down car I brought in. Although the car's computer reported more issues than I was expecting, Ken helped me prioritize the ones that were immediate before going on a road trip vs the ones that could wait and to keep an eye on. I was quoted for the worst case scenario and when the work was complete the price was less than half. Ken and David were very patient and respectful with my many questions, and the level of service I appreciated the most was the education they provided with respect to things to watch out for as car trouble indicators as well as product recommendations for the best performance of the specific make/model.

Always been very picky when leaving any of my families cars with a shop to do work as we’ve ran into lots of trouble in the past but here you can feel confident your car is in good hands. First experience was with David who made me feel welcomed and helped me explain the process of my repair. Actual diagnosis came with Ken who truly is an industry leader. Not only is he knowledgeable about cars, I feel he really took the time to diagnose many individual problems with my car. I came in with a max budget in mind and ended up surpassing it only because I knew I could trust Ken. They even fulfilled a few small special requests for me which I’m happy for. There aren’t any surprises here as Ken kept me updated on the work on my car + any new findings and would always consult with me first before adding to the final bill which shows their honesty and integrity. Additionally, they’d rather take extra time to do it right than to rush a job for quantity over quality. Treated my car like their own and I’m extremely happy I have my car back. Their warranty keeps my mind at peace knowing that my money was well spent to have my car feeling like a whole new different vehicle. I don’t think I’ll ever service any of my families cars elsewhere. If you have transmission problems, this is the only route to go!

I was informed it would cost me $1800.00 plus taxes to fix the vehicle. He told me that the job was quite extensive and would take over a week to fix. SO I WAS THEN REFERRED TO KEN (by one of my friends) at Mister Transmission. Stressed and worried...... I called Ken and discussed the issue with him. He really put my mind at ease so I had the vehicle towed over to him....turns out the problem is not as extensive as i was told .Ken took care of me and saved me over $1400.00!!! Problem solved and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family! Outstanding service . Honest and thorough. Great job Ken ! Thanks again!
W	W LU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this location! Ken is the best. Mr. Ken Barone is an amazing automotive technician, he know his stuff, he fixed my car left wheel noise problems in mins. It's been 16 months, the problem never came out again, and now my old corolla is steady and in a very good condition. I think it's necessary to write a great review again for this location, especially in this difficult time. If your car has a problem, go to this location, Ken will fix your problem.
p	pravindesai49 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken is a very professional and experienced service manager. I had a small leakage of transmission fluid Dec. 2020. I checked three other transmission shops and was quoted two to three thousand dollars. Ken suggested we change a seal and it worked. All it cost me was less than two hundered dollars in total. That was a year ago. Problem fixed and no leakage since then. Thank you Ken. You saved me hundreds of dollars.....Pravin Desai

He have kept my car for almost 3 weeks and after 3 weeks when he's done he asked me to come and pick it up. When I went to pick up my car I have seen that he had he had damaged it he had damaged my car while placing the rod. he only responded when I called the head office and then he did some temporary fix after after he got a call from the head office. I don't recommend him you can find better mechanic who can do your work faster and in a very professional way.
