Laptop Closeout

I ordered a laptop in the end of November to see my kids during the holidays while working in a remote location and was given a approximate delivery date with a tracking number and while checking the tracking a few days later Laptopcloseout has it sent to the wrong address and the opposite side of Canada. I informed them immediately and they canceled the delivery immediatly and re sent another one with EXPRESS shipping the first week of December saying it would be 1-2 days delivery and would cover the extra cost on shipping. Two days went by, one week went by and still nothing. Now I'm sitting at December 31st and still nothing delivered. I called again and spoke to Miriam who was over frustrated with excuses and couldnt help. Money has been returned and I still need a laptop. Worst company to deal with when it comes to receiving a product. Hopefully management steps up here. Ryan. The original issue was Laptopcloseout sent it to the wrong address. You have indicated by your reply that it's a shipping issue and that is not the case. I called this morning to re-do the order the third time including your original 50% off and I was told this could not be done and all orders were to be done online which could not include the discount or shipping coverage. I was hoping to re order today but was told otherwise. Please don't cover a situation under Canada Post when the actual issue in in house within your business. Please contact me, not the card holder as I am the purchaser. You have my (709) number on file.

I am really recommend this store I bought 6 laptops for my kids and my family in just couple months ,all of them working in good condition excellent service and very friendly sevices educated stuff I love to do bussniss with this company which I consider my company for all my computers needs thanks for every body working there excellent and quality services

Have been buying my laptops here for over 10 years. I still have a Dell laptop that I bought from these guys 8 years ago and it is a work horse! My husband's Lenova from 6 years ago still works. Only reason to replace it is to upgrade now that we are all zooming due to Covid. Prices are good..service is great!!

I had purchased a HP stream laptop from Laptop Closeout and it came in quickly and well packaged. The laptop had a nice look and feel and did the basic things right. But I had to return the laptop as I was looking for a better performing laptop than the HP stream. The return process was simple and I received the refund on the same day that the laptop was returned. I would definitely recommend this store and am rating them five stars for their excellent customer service. My only suggestion here is to provide the customer the option to print the return label . I was provided with a UPS return service wherein the UPS driver had to come in and pick the unit. They did not come to pick the package and I had to call them several times and explain that I had no return label and that the UPS driver was supposed to bring it when coming in to pick the item. I finally had to fill in a waybill to return the item.

I have been using Laptop Closeout to fulfill my office's computing needs on a tight IT budget and they have met my needs wonderfully. Multiple laptops purchased and not a single issue on any and very fast service usually can fulfill my order in 2 days or less. Will definitely keep using them.

Would recommend this store to friends & family. I have had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Lenovo X1 Carbon a few years back - worked very well with no issues. Recently I brought the laptop back as the screen wasn't turning on (after many, many years of wear and tear) and Mariam graciously helped me throughout the whole process. I am so impressed with the commitment to their customers and responsiveness throughout this time. I will be purchasing my next laptop here, no question! Thank you again.

I almost never leave reviews for a company, but Laptop Closeout provided exceptional product and service well beyond my expectations for any company. Their product descriptions were clear and accurate. Their turnaround time for shipping a laptop was fast. Communicating with customer service to ask for clarification was easy and replies were fast. I didn't think it was possible for a refurbished laptop in good shape to be sold for such a good price. I was prepared to take the risk and discover the "gotcha" (disappointing quality? difficulty communicating with the company?) but there was none. This company has my computer business in the future.
