This is not a good company if you are a small business, Very poor client relations. Poor quality refurbished computers, they arrive dirty and missing cords, Their warranty is sometimes not honored and you pay for return shipping. Very disappointed after 5 years of trying to do business with them. I certainly do not recommend this company.

I would rate them negative if I could. This whole company is a joke. The sales department would be nice to you before the sale and turn their back on you once your have any issues/concerns. Stay away from this Inc. if you can and spend your money somewhere else.

Unfortunately another bad review. It all started when I received damaged drives from Power Node Computers inc. I bought these drives from Amazon under there affiliated name Deals Target. They are basically the same company operating from the same building with the same staff. I didn’t think they were dishonest initially but then realized that they repackaged defective damaged hard drives and then told customers to contact Seagate to obtain warranty for the drive. So I buy a brand new drive from them that doesn’t work and they tell me not to send it back to them but instead send it back to Seagate. How dishonest. I actually called Seagate about this and they knew it was happening with a lot of retailers but could do nothing about it. Anyway had to file a A to Z claim and see where it goes. I hope this helps others to avoid situations like this. (April 25 Update) I sent one of the defective drives that I purchased to seagate and they confirmed that a brand new drive that was sold to me was defective. So I was right all along. Power Node Computer Inc is selling defective drives knowing that they are defective and saying they are new drives. Such evil people.

Locked my credit card I have tried to buy products at this store twice. For some reason this store is flagged, at least with mastercard, because after trying to buy my card got locked, and I had to call mastercard customer service. I have contacted Powernode customer service, and it was really a bad experience.

I bought a Corsair PSU from Amazon under their affiliated name Deals Target. They are the same company operating from the same address, same unit number. There is another company, Powerone Technologies registered at the same address with the same "stellar" rating. The PSU arrived with defective cables and did not power up the motherboard. After unsuccessfully tried it on 2 computers, I did contact Corsair support, they walked me through their check list and came to the conclusion that the PSU have to be replaced. They even advised me that if the seller is giving me hard time to reach back to them for help. I made the mistake to believe that I am dealing with a honest seller. They sent me a "return label" that is nothing else than their address and a modified return policy (than the one posted on Amazon website). So, I had to pay to ship back the defective PSU. After complaining about paying for return, they said that I can drive to Markham to bring it in person. Really? And who is paying for the gas and for my time? The seller messaged me that their "certified" technician did test the PSU by powering up 2 graphic cards at the same time and found no fault and send me a video as a proof. I did ask them to test it with the original cables and they agreed to do that. They got back to me to advise that the PSU works with the original cables as well. I asked them to provide the video footage from the moment they opened the box until they tested the PSU. They did provide a video taken after the fact, where the tech was opening an unsealed box and tested the PSU by powering up a computer. They acted like this video was the original footage, not one taken after my 2nd request. When I called them out on their lyies, they sent me a message how much it cost them to test and re-test the PSU, to type the messages to me, to use a Sage professional accounting software, to pay salaries, ect. But customer time is free, so it does not count. They have refunded a fraction of the price I paid due to "restoking fee" that is not in the policy posted on Amazon website.

The WORST customer service ever. I have ordered a GPU, the order status never changed to in process nor shipping, it didn't charged my debit card. I have talked to customer services and they could not precise what was happening. So I ended buying the same product somewhere else, and the other store delivered on the next day. A few days later, the PN product arrived at my door, and the order status jumped from "ordered" to "delivered" (didn't followed the steps in between). Now I have 2 GPUs, and they don't want to provide the labels to return it, and they are threatening to partial refund in case I open the box (which is not in the return policy)
