M	Melanie Feboh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do not rent here!!!! they are the absolute worstttttt. I have never seen or heard of such bad management. i renovated the interior of my very crappy apartment, and i have fought so hard to get my damage deposit back yet they have refused to pay back. The worst!

They just raised the rent a ridiculous amount...who wants to pay $895 for one SMALL ROOM (that is laughingly referred to as a "bachelor suite"...an after thought to scam as many people as they can...it's the ELECTRICAL ROOM with a fridge...what a joke!) The building is full of BUGS, it's filthy dirty, and they can't keep managers...there's a new one every few months, and they can't make ANY decisions on their own...they can't fart without asking the elusive owner. If you do rent from these crooks, be prepared to never get your damage deposit back...they WILL keep it!!! Stay away, don't give these crooked scammers your hard earned money!!!! Terrible place!!! THE WHOLE PLACE IS CRAWLING WITH BED BUGS!!! I HAD TO WASH ALL OF MY LINENS, BLANKETS, CLOTHES TWICE TO GET RID OF THEM...SO MUCH WORK TO GET THEM OUT OF MY BED... Don't give these crooks your hard earned money!

If you complain about the deplorable state of the building/ your suite, they will make up lies to get you out. They use every trick in dirty landlord tenant that they can--and they have an unethical lying lawyer who will email you fake documents that are not even registered with the landlord tenant courts. As if that's not bad enough but the actual building manager's socially deprived so he's constantly knocking on your door (because he has nothing better to do). I repeat don't rent here because you WILL REGRET IT. Once you start to have problems with this supposed managment company go to the Landlord Tenant courts downtown, these scumbags are well known there because they have illegally kicked out so many people (use your phone to tape all conversations with them because they will lie about interactions--Call the cops if you have too). These people are vile human beings.
