★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a wide selection of very nice bathroom fixtures. However, after coming up with the cheapest shower head option that best suit myself but still had passed $1300 the women that was helping me then snickered at me when I admitted "that price point is still too high for me, sorry". I thought that was very rude. I'm sure that if I was insecure or gave half a fart what someone that sold toilets for a living thought about me I would have left that place last weekend feeling very ashamed and humiliated.

The faucet had some scrapes from the manufacturer but Susan was able to quickly correct the problem. The really nice sink was majorly damaged during installation by a bad contractor. Susan was very helpful and connected us with someone who was able to completely repair the sink as good as new. Excellent service and follow through. Thank you, Susan!

According to her, the "salesman" essentially treated her like a "poor person" (she was reminded of Julia Roberts on Rodeo Drive). I'm seriously considering buying the place and firing him, ha! Anyway, we found the ones we want at Wolseley on 11 Street SE. Excellent service. My wife was very happy.

I'm posting this review because I have had a wonderful experience with Rik today. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding a part on a long discontinued from a local rep, he provided the manual to change the thing. My customer will be very happy with this, which in turn makes me look like the hero. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given today. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an expensive Gessi kitchen faucet on clearance. Less than one year later, the handle fell off. Neither Gessi nor Royal Flush would do anything; Royal Flush offered to sell us a replacement part for $170. I realize it was bought on clearance, but even at half price you don't expect a $900 faucet to fall apart, with the dealer and the manufacturer simply shrugging their shoulders.

I used to take my business and clientele to other suppliers but now deal exclusively with RF whenever possible. Great customer service and communication and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on any size budget. Their broad selection and quality of products is the best I've seen in the city and they continue to adapt and expand their product offering.
