This is the third times I'm trying to get my documents. I failed the previous 2 times. Even though I had exactly the same documents. The only explanation is that the bureaucrats were having a bad day and they actually enjoy rejecting applicants like myself...

They keep saying that they will pass your message but after calling 5 times, you are lucky if they know what you are calling for. Go ahead Quebec waste our tax money on call centers like this ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, I felt like the agent that I talked to hates her job, no enthusiasm on her voice while I talk to her felt like she wanna end the conversation asap. Wasted my 10mins for this call, wasnt able to obtain new info about my file. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously one of the worst service ever !!! Calling them to ask if they have my file for full time French or if I need to provide supporting documents and the agent does not seem to know what’s going on and said someone will call you back but they never will . Missed my French course due to lack of communication of their part , their electronic system is out of date and a bunch of Quebecers wasting my time .I speak French with them the whole time with them even I am an immigrant and some of the workers there can’t even speak French correctly ? . If any allophone or anglophone comes to Quebec seriously think about your choice , don’t make them same mistake we all make . It’s a half star and I think it is already too generous .
