★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été arnaqué par des gens agissant au nom de accès Canada, quelques temps après j'avais eu le numéro je ne sais pas moi d'un de bureau de Monsieur Alain GUERRERO, j'ai expliqué le cas leur réponse est désolé on peut pas vous aider. Je n'ai pas besoin qu'on me rembourser mon argent plutôt que l'agence porte plainte pour arrêté ces gens,ils salissent l'image de l'agence.
I was scammed by people acting on behalf of Access Canada, some time after I had had the number I do not know me from an office of Mr. Alain GUERRERO, I explained the case their answer is sorry one can not help you. I do not need to get my money back rather than the agency filing a complaint for arresting these people, they are messing up the image of the agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le bureau de tunis est serviable et fait son job correctement sauf quelques lacunes à améliorer.
par contre le bureau de Montréal est le pire bureau d'immigration qui puisse jamais exister, ils cherchent à vous extorquer avec tous les moyens, faire de l'argent sans faire de l'effort.
J'ai payé le traitement de mon dossier au complet avec cette firme, quand je suis arrivé, ma carte RP à été envoyé par erreur à leur adresse, imaginez, ils m'ont demandé 75$ pour la récupérer, et le plus beau que tous mes amis ont été victimes de cette firme de la même façon, imaginez 100 personnes *75$ , c'a fait beaucoup d'argent faciles.
Leur bureau est fermé, ils répondent pas aux téléphones, Manque de respect envers leurs clients, et manque de professionnalisme, un bureau à éviter absolument.
The Tunis office is helpful and does its job well except for a few shortcomings to be improved.
on the other hand the Montreal office is the worst immigration office that can ever exist, they seek to extort you with all means, to make money without making the effort.
I paid for the processing of my file in full with this firm, when I arrived, my PR card was sent by mistake to their address, imagine, they asked me for 75 $ to recover it, and the best that all my friends fell victim to this firm the same way, imagine 100 people * $ 75, that made a lot of easy money.
Their office is closed, they do not answer the phones, Lack of respect towards their clients, and lack of professionalism, an office to be absolutely avoided.
