★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanil Gandhi She’s a best smart worker and she understand your problem every time I asked her to do something for me she doesn’t say no she will do it right away please do not talk about this place about the workers all off them working hard so we could get over money and Solve your problems right away and stuff are very Nice and polite this place should get more than 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???? god blessed all of the workers and specially my worker she’s really nice knowledgable and smart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is the worst they don't do there job they never answer the phones and I am speaking of tye case workers my son tried to get a hold of him numerous times and he did nothing but stress him out even more they should not even be working there and on top of that they have no idea what they are doing. They are there to help people with mental health issues and they do the opposite the worst location in Ontario and brent my son's case worker does nothing to help him so I could only emagine what others have been through with him he should be ashamed of himself and look for a job he can actually do because he does absolutely nothing to help others with mental health issues. I highly recommend finding better resources at another office and with another case worker. That actually cares about there clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has cut off people who actually needed it when Covid-19 started. It was a huge shock because they just sent a letter saying I'm not eligible. How do I not qualify, or be eligible. I have physical disabilities along with several mental health issues. I couldn't think straight for over a year, and now the process is too difficult for people like me to do online. Keep messing with your citizens, eventually they'll turn on you!
