I've known too many people who have needed assistance and were left feeling interrogated rather than helped out of their situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could chose 0 I would! WORST WORKERS EVER!!!! These ppl just because they are a little privileged and work here doesn’t mean you can mess with ppl lives! It sickens me how these worker treat ppl, but you know what; what goes around comes Around Allll of these suckers are gonna pay for messy with ppl kids and lives, playing GOD!! All y’all will feel it one day too!! That is a Promise!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a single mom and have one toddler to support. I lost my last job, and tried to apply for any jobs in last few months but still couldn't find any empolyments. I've been using personal loan and credit cards to pay for the food and bills. Finally had applied for the OW and thought it would help me go though the temporary hardship. When went for an interview with the officer, the lady was accusing me for taking my child to an indoor playground (spent $12) once in winter and having a happymeal for the child in Mcdonalds. She recommended me to apply for a night-shift job (11pm-7am) and run a home daycare (I don't have any experiences nor a licence, she said it's legal to run a home daycare without any licence). She even tried to pursuade me to file a bankcruptcy...... Anyway she refused to process my application. Those people who work at the Social Service office don't have any empathy and they are reluctant to grant the welfare to the people in need. It's a shame for the government to pay for their jobs.
