Starting with the discussions with Renee I felt that I was being treated professionally. The movers were easy to get along with and were very conscientious in their work. Moving is stressful and we appreciate the way you served us. You did not give us an unrealistic low quote to get the job so there were no surprises. In fact everything went better than expected and we came in under our budget. Please pass our best wishes to all involved in the move!

Not ideal charges to have around loved ones. Edit: Owner is dishonest, owner has police run names without their consent? Massive breach on multiple fronts. Edit: Owner is absolutely full of it, yes he can do criminal checks but no he does not as I know of someone there who is on Durham Regional Police Media Board.

They were quick and efficient and took great care of my furniture. I was very impressed by how quick they worked and was relieved to discover that the price I was quoted was the price I paid (some places add hidden fees and costs that they surprise you with). Great job guys! I don’t want to have to move again but if I do I know who to call :)

The movers were all very pleasant and took great care of our furniture and stuff. They made sure to wrap our furniture to keep them clean and prevent them from getting damaged. We had many questions and every one of them was answered in a professional way. Our move was over three hours away and the men were fabulous. They were very friendly and very obliging about where to place furniture ect. Very professional and a great group of employees. The final price was slightly less than the quote. Which was a bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services or to recommend their company to anyone. Thanks Renee for all your help during this process. You and Brad were great with addressing all my concerns and questions.

Renee was an absolute gem and Brandon, the owner himself, was in constant contact to reassure me with regard to move date, start time - he even delivered A TON of fresh moving boxes, packing tape and paper to wrap dishes etc within days of me booking with them! My previous move was a HORRIFIC experience - using movers who literally held my items hostage in Their truck unless I coughed up an additional $900…. My initial conversation with Brandon involved me relaying the previous move story - he indicated that his own mother had a similar experience, which led him to starting his own moving company - Hills Moving was born. THESE PEOPLE CARE! It’s not just dollars and cents to these folks - the actual movers TAKE PRIDE in their work, making sure everything is safe and secure, every piece of furniture was wrapped, mattresses were placed in bags - I cannot say enough positive things about the Hills Moving crew, from owner straight on through to his labourers. I will NEVER use another moving company - Hiring Hills Moving is definitely the smartest decision I’ve made!

It was a large move and I have several antiques that are in fine shape and over 100 years old. They wrapped them so well and they arrived in perfect condition. They disabled beds and put back together. They cared about the floors, walls, …. my things. They simply CARED. They worked quickly and at times they appeared to be magicians as they finessed large items up staircases. I run my own business with 50+ employees. I appreciate great service when I see it !!! I used hills moving before and went with five guys instead of three and was pleasantly surprised to see six strong men arrive at my house. I’m very thankful for the packing and assembling of all my belongings. Carl and Kevin didn’t mind rearranging furniture that suited the room better. All garbage was removed and absolutely no damage to my house or belongings happened under their direction and expertise. Thanks again for an outstanding moving day and I’ll be recommending you to all my friends moving in the future
