★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile a ce service, je le ferais sans hésiter. C'est une honte totale de ne pas avoir accès a des services de garde lorsque tu paies des impôts toute ta vie.
 If I could give this service 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation. It is a shame not to have access to child care when you pay taxes all your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Je viens tout juste d'appeler car j'ai des questions urgentes en lien avec la sécurité des enfants dans une CPE ainsi que mes droits en tant que éducatrice. Un homme impoli (avec accent francais de France) m'a répondu. Il m'a fait me sentir tellement mal à l'aise et incompétente que j'ai été incapable de continuer à poser mes questions et j'ai raccrocher. J'ai absolument besoin de connaitre les réponses à mes questions mais je ne suis pas à l'aise de rappeler. SVP à l'avenir engagez des gens qui ont à coeur le bien-être, la santé et la sécurité des enfants.
Terrible service! I just called because I have urgent issues related to child safety in an ECC as well as my rights as an educator. An impolite man (with French accent from France) answered me. It made me feel so uncomfortable and incompetent that I was unable to keep asking my questions and I hang up. I absolutely need to know the answers to my questions but I am not comfortable to call back. Please, in the future, engage people who care about the well-being, health and safety of children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Côté politique de service de garde des enfants, courir pour une place subventionnée c’est une vraie perte de temps et d’énergie. Déjà deux enfants dont le plus vieux est rendu à l’école maintenant et jamais aucune place de proposée. Système archaïque et défaillant car il génère un manque d’équité et de l’injustice. Qu’est-ce que ça veut dire que ton enfant a plus de chance d’être placé quand il a déjà un frère ou sœur ou cousine qui bénéficie de la subvention? Qu’est-ce que ça veut dire qu’un enfant dont les parents font 200000$ ait une place subventionnée lui et ses frères et sœurs alors que d’autres qui sont dans le bas échelle (parfois injustement à cause de plusieurs facteurs systémiques) doivent payer 45$ la journée ou mettre leurs enfants dans des garderies familiales mal gérées ou mal équipées? La justice et l’équité sont deux éléments primordiaux pour créer le développement que ce soit en entreprise ou en société. C’est dommage!
On the policy side of childcare, running for a subsidized place is a real waste of time and energy. Already two children, the oldest of whom has gone to school now, and never any places available. Archaic and faulty system because it generates a lack of equity and injustice. What does it mean that your child is more likely to be placed when he already has a brother or sister or cousin who benefits from the subsidy? What does it mean that a child whose parents make $ 200,000 has a subsidized place for him and his brothers and sisters while others who are in the low end (sometimes unfairly because of several systemic factors) have to pay $ 45 a day or put their children in poorly managed or poorly equipped family daycares? Justice and fairness are two essential elements to create development, whether in business or in society. Too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour cette ministère c'est du n'importe quoi les techniciens du ministères cherche just le salaire ils règle aucun problème les appeler c'est une perte du temps il faut faire une grande manifestation contre eux.
Hello this ministry is for anything the technicians of the ministries just looking for the salary they solve no problem calling them it is a waste of time we have to make a big demonstration against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I made a complaint there almost 1year ago and every time I call for an update they tell me that the investigation is ongoing. They are not helpful at all. Calling them is a complete waste of time and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. Unfortunately, I don't know who else to turn to for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read a couple of bad reviews mentioning that the people here don't answer them their requests or weren't very helpful. I called two times so far and they were able to assit me in a great manner. They didn't just answer my questions but also guided me in the further steps of what I'm supposed to do.
If I have any doubts regarding daycares I'll definitely call back again. The wait is not too long and the service so far has been great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to get information on daycares reopening during COVID - agent clearly had no idea what was going on or how to respond to a client. Said she didnt know to basic questions like "can i send my kid to my parents house" and seemed overwhelmed when asked about information that had been given in updates on TV. Gave 3 stare because she was curteous and considering the situation Im guessing they have alot of new people on the lines
