Je l'ai eu en appel et suis venu une fois, apparement il suffit d'être courtois pour recevoir de l'aide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dommage de très bons prix pour faire le lavage mais ne respecte pas les horaires de fermeture et il n'y a aucun horaire affiché appelez pour confirmer avant de vous rendre car le lendemain aucune garantie de récupérer vos effets personnels.
Too bad the very good prices for washing but does not respect the closing times and there is no time displayed, call to confirm before going because the next day no guarantee of recovering your personal effects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had me wait more than a year for the wrong expert. Who makes that kind of mistake?! Apparently have to wait all over again but hard to know whats going on when its almost impossible to contact Anybody, by email, secretary, vm. The only way someone ever contacted me was once when i went higher up. ..At the beginning I was given the wrong information and made a legal decision based on that information, looks like i will have to suffer because of it. Very disapointing, discouraging, depressing and they have caused more stress to my already stressful life. Unprofessional.
UPDATE:
Thought i was going to have to go down there again but found an extension number i was given when i had trouble the last time. I called and actually spoke with someone! Very patient, attentive, professional. I feel a little better and am waiting for a call from someone to help figure out whats up with my case. +1☆
