 I highly recommend the services of Me Bérard who gave us confidence from the first contact. He was able to meet our expectations exactly, showing us the various possible strategies for resolving the dispute we were experiencing, while clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy. Without forgetting, at our request and in relation to our personal situation, to advise us on the most appropriate strategy. From this point of view, he shows an exceptional morality for us as he is attentive to meeting the needs of his clients rather than just "making money". In addition, Me Bérard is very proactive in terms of file follow-up and communications with his clients.

Because we were not married, we had to go to civil court to undergo many procedures as well as file many documents with the banks. Julien's help was absolutely necessary to get matters resolved. Because of his experience and his skills, we ended up mediating the case out of court and I obtained what was rightfully mine. If it was not for Julien as my lawyer, I would have lost everything.
