★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT A CAFE!!! It's just a window!! wow I didn't read the reviews so I didn't know what to expect! it was an ultra cold day, bought my (delicious!!) latte from here, took it to the subway station and hid from the wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to stop here almost every day in August 2017 when I was visiting for Otakuthon. This place really does make amazing iced coffee and americanos, much better quality than Starbucks. Yes, it's a hole-in-the-wall, but it's great for grabbing your caffeine fix to go and taking it on the métro.
Can't wait to have more next time I'm in Montreal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who worked here when I was visiting Montreal forced me to use French that I was uncomfortable using by pretending not to understand English. I had to repeat my order 3 times and only when I finally ordered in French did he start making my drink. When I walked away with my drink the barista and the other woman in the booth started laughing. I felt disrespected. If he preferred that I speak in broken French, he could've asked politely. Cornering me and laughing was absolutely not necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Known for being the smallest coffee shop in North America it's not just a gimmick it's actually really great coffee. Don't expect to find every coffee under the sun here just the basics and the basics are good. It's fun, it's an experience and it's a tasty one - then walk over to Boulangerie Kouing Amann to try the best croissant in the city. It's a perfect match really.
