★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a customer before National storage was bought. Wasnt impressed with the price increase with no upgrades to facilities. Also exspect to pay insurance to have your belongings stored. Poor lighting in the yards , my unit had no lighting inside, in the winters doors would freeze up making it virtually impossible to open an overhead door unless you chipped away at the bottom. Yards seem secure...although i have seen one time where some locks had been cut and attempted breakins in the past (this was when it was National storage). Staff is easy to work with if you have any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always pleased how well the service by the operating managers have helped and solved the few issues I've had over the years since Mini Mall took over from the previous owners. Great service and friendly staff!! Just wish the price never went up from what it was with National Super Storage. Long time user and price kept going up not down.
