★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility, almost new with ongoing renovations to create more lockers. The lockers have an unenclosed ceiling so your contents get quite dusty. Very accommodating pleasant personnel, reasonable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young woman in the office was very helpful, I came with my son to help him get a unit and didn’t realize that we had shown up right before closing , the girl stayed after close to help us and was very patient and did not rush us at all . She went over the information thoroughly and even printed us a map to help us find the unit . I was very impressed with the customer service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only been a customer here for two months & it has been an awful experience. First of all, nearly every time you approach the automatic gate, it gets jammed and traps you in. You call customer service since there isn't staff there a lot of the time, & they tell you to get out of your car & kick the gate until it opens, rather than fix it.
Secondly, when I signed up they told me I would receive an invoice monthly & can just etransfer the money. The two months I have been here, I have never received an invoice with an amount/due date. Instead, I just receive a 'past due notice' saying my payment was due days prior, with a late payment fee.
When I contacted the manager, she told me there must be something wrong with my email and it's my own fault for not paying my bill on time, even though I never got an invoice telling me when it was due or how much to pay, until it was too late. Since this is the 2nd month in a row of this happening, I asked for the late payment fee to be reversed and she is refusing, insisting it is my own fault. I asked to be contacted by her manager, and she ignored my emails.
Would not recommend this place to anybody. Peterborough branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you bring a flashlight with you if you need to find something in your storage unit. The lighting is awful. If you take a couple minutes looking in your unit, the sensors turn the light off and you are left in total darkness. We do not work in our unit at all, but when you are looking through items it is extremely helpful to be able to see. There is lighting in between the units (where you can drive through) but none above the units itself.
Lots of dust and dirt and have found mouse droppings on the floor. For the price of the units, it is quite disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible lighting so there was an outlet i was using for my lighting. Just a small light then they capped it off. You should have this place lit up anyways so we can see what we are doing.
Also they bill you every 28 days not monthly just a heads up.
Definitely gonna be moving out after seeing i cant light up my storage unit. Cant work in the dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful and informative, fair prices compared to other storage places in the area. Units are indoors as well as you can bring your vehicle into the facility so you aren’t exposed to the elements while trying to unload your stuff. Thanks for the great service !
