★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always find the staff important for any company you deal with and I have to say, that they are all fantastic in Peterborough. Though I use the Bridgenorth facility, I deal with their main office on Fisher Drive. They are always friendly, responsive, understanding, humorous, and my experience with them has always been positive.
They upgraded the Bridgenorth facility, and I like the fact it is more secure with the new fence and entry pad. This is the first self storage I have used since moving to PTBO (I have used others), and have no need to look for another, as I am fully satisfied.
Two thumbs up, and I recommend them whole heartily. Keep up the great work guys, you deserve five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never go back or recommend to anyone, the property has a rodent problem and many of the items from the storage locker will have to be thrown out. They also do a 28 day charging cycle which means you will pay at least 13 times a year, which I have never seen before and was not disclosed while purchasing the locker. I would stay away from here and never get a storage locker from them if you value your money and items you want to store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been using this facility on and off over the years. Dealing with their staff and their office manager Linda is always easy and a pleasant experience. In this past year I needed to secure an additional lockup and the paperwork was ready for me in no time.
Good customer service and reasonable rates, what more can you ask for! I highly recommend - they have indoor as well as outdoor (non-heated) facilities at multiple locations in Peterborough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this is the first time I have ever used 'self-storage' units like this it is hard for me to give a meaningful valuation of the service. The unit I am using is large enough for my needs, well secured and clean. If I have one issue with it - it would have to be that the numbering system at the storage site leaves a lot to be desired. I did find it difficult to locate my unit. A possible suggestion would be to refine this aspect of the system to make locating units faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interest fees are insane here. My unit was red locked for being 5 days late on rent, couldn't acsess my items if my code didn't work or the buttons were frozen. They have one job, open the gate and let me in. Waited 3 hours on the phone just to get a code. Needed to buy bolt cutters just to get into my stuff. Never ever going back here
