★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just trying to apply here is a nightmare. You have to go through all these aptitude tests, grammar, reading etc. NOTHING to do with your technical ability or how personable you are. Some of the biggest mines I have worked for do not even require this as it really proves nothing. Due to that I will pick one of the many other offers I have. I spoke to a few people about this company and from what I have been told the supervision is absolutely terrible. Probably for the better that you avoid this place. Also, if you notice there are people giving 5 star rating that have nothing to do or even work for this place but you find the REAL reviews on other sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has good people but are always in desperate need of mechanics and contractor mechanics. Yet pay rig welders like black arc welding with a 60K dollar welding truck the same as a guys with over 300k in tools trucks and gear. Might be time to prioritize the underpopulated trade over the overpopulated trade.
